We are youth working for youth
Refugee Youth Advancement Coalition is a small youth-led organization founded by Hamza Farhan and Mustafa Farhan. It is based in Northern VA/DC dedicated to supporting youth from refugee and migrant backgrounds.
We plan to include many youth advancement activities like organizing STEM projects, tutoring help and sports coaching.
Through our work we strive to increase the resilience, self-esteem and emotional wellbeing of our young people as well as help build their confidence and reduce feelings of isolation.
Who We Care for
Refugee Youth Advancement Coalition aims to create a strong sense of community and equip refugees to successfully navigate new systems while honoring their own cultural contributions to society.
